The EMT Skill Verification test meets the requirements for skills verification by the State of California. The skills verification test is designed for EMTs who already have their continuing education hours and who only need the state skills verification portion of their renewal. Learners will have an opportunity to review the required skills via BLE's online learning management system prior to their arrival.

Students also have the option to renew their BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR certification through American Safety & Health Institute.

If you need to complete the continuing education hours to renew your EMT Certification, you should attend the EMT Refresher Course.

It does NOT include the additional training for epinephrine, glucometry & naloxone required by the state of California.
